Senior Associate of Asset Management

Grant supports asset-level strategy and portfolio management at Second Horizon Capital, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and driving performance.

Prior to joining Second Horizon, Grant was a member of the capital markets team at Brookfield Properties, where he managed debt refinancings across the firm’s retail portfolio. In this role, he coordinated with asset management, leasing, and property teams, as well as lenders, appraisers, and other external partners, to align key stakeholders and drive efficient execution.

Grant has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
