Howard Levine
MANAGING PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER
Howard deploys his expertise in investment management, capital markets, commercial real estate, and social impact for a multidisciplinary approach in building successful stakeholder outcomes. Prior to co-founding Second Horizon Capital, he served for 11 years as a Managing Director in Bank of America's Global Credit and Special Situations practice, where he focused on investing in challenged commercial real estate assets across the U.S. Howard is also Co-Founder of The Resolution Project, a global youth-focused not-for-profit focused on social entrepreneurship.

Camilo Varela
MANAGING PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER
Camilo's extensive real estate experience includes investment management, capital markets, and construction management. His focus is building sustainable value for each of his projects and forging close, long-term partnerships with companies, communities, and stakeholders. Prior to co-founding Second Horizon Capital, Camilo served for six years as a Managing Director on the Investments team at Equity International, Sam Zell’s private equity investment firm, where he was responsible for origination, deal execution, and portfolio management across the U.S., Asia, and Latin America.

Kelsey Overby
VICE PRESIDENT OF IMPACT
Kelsey leads the development and evaluation of Second Horizon Capital’s social and environmental impact strategies. Prior to joining Second Horizon Capital in 2021, Kelsey served at NationSwell, a social impact company. In her role as Senior Director of Partnerships, she developed and operationalized impact partnerships with corporate responsibility teams, foundations, and not-for-profits, including AARP, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, BlackRock, Heinz Endowments, Salesforce, PwC, and State Farm, among others.

Jonathan Weinstein
VICE PRESIDENT OF INVESTMENTS
Jon’s primary responsibilities include evaluating new acquisition opportunities and maximizing value for existing investments. Prior to joining Second Horizon Capital in 2023, Jon held principal investing roles at firms including Tishman Speyer, Equity Group Investments / Equity Commonwealth, and Square Mile Capital Management.
