Portfolio-wide campaign will inspire community engagement, local impact, and meaningful connection across seven shopping centers nationwide
BOCA RATON, Fla., May 13, 2026 – Second Horizon Capital today announced the launch of “250 Acts of Community,” a portfolio-wide initiative inspired by America250, the nationwide celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States.
This initiative activates community-focused experiences, volunteer opportunities, and acts of service across Second Horizon Capital’s portfolio, with each center focused on fulfilling over 250 Acts of Community between May and September 2026 through a curated mix of events, activations, and partnerships designed to create meaningful local impact while strengthening community connection.
The initiative reflects Second Horizon Capital’s ongoing mission of transforming large-scale commercial properties into vibrant community destinations and local economic engines through active community engagement and strategic reinvestment.
Campaign activities will be specific to each center, with programming tailored to the unique needs and character of their local communities while remaining united under Second Horizon Capital’s broader “250 Acts of Community” initiative.
Planned activities include:

· School supply, food, and hygiene product drives
· Volunteer fairs and nonprofit partnerships
